Visibility at the point of choice — on maps, in reviews, and in AI recommendations.

My name is Dmitrii Markov. I help local businesses win not by spending more on advertising, but by becoming stronger where the customer actually makes the decision — at the moment of comparison.

I didn't come to this from marketing theory — I came from a business where every customer and every point of choice had a direct impact on revenue.

The result this grew from

For more than 10 years, I ran a custom furniture manufacturing company in a highly competitive niche. Over the last few years, we generated more than $240,000 in annual revenue with practically no advertising budget.

How? We understood one simple thing: advertising creates the idea, but then the person moves into the point of choice — they compare and decide. We focused on strengthening exactly those points of choice where our customer appeared. That is what produced the result — without chasing advertising bids.

A ready-made solution

I systematised this approach into a specific ready-made solution. With it, the same work can be done in any niche where the customer chooses carefully before making contact: dental clinics, MR and diagnostics, hotels, restaurants, food delivery, auto services.

Why it works where people choose carefully

In all these niches, the decision is considered carefully because something important is at stake:

  • A hotel — the risk of ruining a holiday. Attention is high, and the choice is demanding.
  • A restaurant or delivery — the risk of ruining an evening. Less critical, but the person still compares.
  • Auto service, dentistry, MR — this is about health: of the car, or your own and your loved ones'. Here, people choose especially carefully.

The higher the cost of a mistake, the longer a person compares — and the more important it is to be strong at that exact moment.

Global research confirms this

We came to this effect through practice — and later found confirmation from global institutions. What we discovered in our own business had already been described earlier by McKinsey (Consumer Decision Journey), Google (Zero Moment of Truth), and Harvard Business Review: the decision does not mature in the ad, but at the comparison stage — in reviews, on maps, and through other people's experience.

This is how Elutio appeared

Elutio strengthens businesses where the decision is made: it brings you to the top on comparison platforms, fills your profile with trust — a live, convincing profile and reviews — and makes you visible in AI recommendations. We work precisely: one client per niche per city.
